Cancellation Policy

Salon Policies — Please Read Before Booking Late Policy: I do not charge a late fee; however, if you are 15 minutes late or more, your appointment may need to be rescheduled or you will be considered a “WALK-IN.” Your previously scheduled service duration will not be guaranteed so that I can accommodate clients who arrive on time. Please plan accordingly. Product Policy: I do not use products brought from outside the salon — including relaxers, hair colors, dyes, shampoos, conditioners, or treatments — unless they are prescribed by a doctor or dermatologist. All products and chemical services used at my salon are professional-grade and salon-quality. No-Call / No-Show Policy: There is a 30% “No-Call / No-Show” fee based on the total cost of the service you booked. Clients who fail to call within 24 hours to cancel or reschedule, and do not show up for their appointment, will be charged this fee. All fees are NON-REFUNDABLE, NON-EXCHANGEABLE, AND NON-TRANSFERABLE. Deposits: Deposit fees are required at the time of booking and go toward your final service balance. All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE, NON-EXCHANGEABLE, AND NON-TRANSFERABLE. Health & Safety Policy: If you have been exposed to COVID-19 within 24 hours of your appointment, you are required to wear a mask. If you have tested positive, please cancel your appointment and reschedule once you’ve tested negative or after 14 days have passed. If you are unsure of your status after 14 days, please wear a mask at your next visit. Children & Guests: No children or additional guests are permitted unless they have a scheduled appointment. Parents or guardians must remain with their child during the entire service. If a child is uncooperative and the service time exceeds the allotted timeframe, the deposit or full payment for that appointment will be NON-REFUNDABLE. Gratuities: Tips are appreciated and accepted via cash, Cash App, Venmo, Apple Pay, or Zelle. Thank you kindly for your understanding and continued support! 💛
