I charge a 30% “NO-CALL NO-SHOW” Fee off of the service you set an appointment for. Anyone who fails to not call within 24 hours to cancel and/or reschedule their appointment and fails to not show to their appointment will be charged this 30% fee. This fee will be NON-REFUNDABLE, NON-EXCHANGEABLE, AND NON-TRANSFERABLE.  Deposit fee’s are to be paid upon booking an appointment, and will go towards the total balance of your service. All deposit fee’s are NON-REFUNDABLE, NON-EXCHANGEABLE, AND NON-TRANSFERABLE. If you have been around someone with Covid-19 in the past 24hours of your scheduled appointment time you will be required to wear a mask. If you have contracted Covid-19 yourself, please cancel your appointment and reschedule when you have tested negative or have allowed 14days to pass. You will be required to wear a mask at your next appointment if you are unsure of your status after the 14days. No children or other guest’s are permitted, unless guest and/or child has an appointment. If you are a parent who has an appointment set for your child, you are welcome to wait with them during the duration of their appointment. *All parents or guardians must wait with the child while they are being serviced. *In the event if a child is uncooperative during their appointment service and their time limited has exceeded past their appointment time frame. The deposit fee or total cost of the appointment service will be NON-REFUNDABLE. For those who want to leave me a tip. I except gratuities by cash, Cashapp, or Venmo only.
